LiSeller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business LinkedIn engagement activities.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Not use the Service for spam or malicious activities

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by LiSeller and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

LiSeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
